HTC just recently announced the HTC One Mini but the company apparently is far from being done. The Taiwanese company is still cooking up something new for you all to launch sometime later this year. Introducing the HTC One Max.
HTC One Max – What to Expect?
The HTC One Max is more of a Galaxy Note II or Note III competitor as it mirrors the same great aluminum unibody design as on the original One. While specs on the beast is a bit scarce, we do know that it will be equipped with a 5.9-inch LCD display, powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, the same Ultrapixel shooter on the rear, and possibly running the forthcoming version of Android (Key Lime Pie). Key Lime Pie is a big step forward. A refined version of the HTC Sense will run over Key Lime Pie. It’s also supposed to have the original HTC One’s BoomSound speakers. Can you imagine those speakers a bit bigger?
There is also talk of HTC equipping the device with a premium, ultra-thin tipped stylus. This would go hand-in-hand with a custom suite of apps for content creation + manipulation being added to Sense as well. Another interesting feature is the fingerprint technology.
With the Samsung Galaxy Note III and the LG G2 on the way, would you give HTC your money over its competitors? It seems that Samsung has dominated the large smartphone category. Should HTC stay out of the phablet zone?
