The staff is bilingual and ready to help out customers. You can find them dressed in mostly all white with orange accented uniforms (picked out by co-founder Jennifer Lopez). The store has a nice kids area that has Samsung Galaxy tablets, ready to keep your children entertained as you research and shop around. You can even shop socially. What might make people more open to Viva Movil is that it’s a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. I am not sure about other places, but in New York, Verizon gives great service for the most part. Verizon is definitely a reliable carrier (they operate the largest 4G LTE network).
