As part of HTC’s marketing push for their new flagship smartphone, the HTC One, the company will be highlighting select features of the device as a part of the slogan, “Everything Your Phone Isn’t“. In order to execute this properly, the company will kick off the HTC One Live Experience Tour across 11 major markets within the US starting April 11th.
What Is the HTC One Live Experience Tour?
The tour will consist of three different sections: the HTC BoomSound Lounge, HTC One Showrooms, & the HTC One Cinema Experiences. The HTC BoomSound Lounges will bring pop-up booths to demo the One’s front-facing dual stereo speakers w/ amp & Beats Audio across six major cities. HTC also teamed up with LiveNation to offer exclusive concerts by Pharrell in New York, GroupLove in Chicago, and the Manchester Orchestra in Los Angeles (information coming soon). If you can’t make it to the concerts you can watch the live streams online. Go here for more info on the concerts.
The HTC One Showrooms will pop up in select malls in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. for three months. The One Cinema Experience will give moviegoers opportunities to get some hands-on time with the device.
The One can be pre-ordered today through AT&T, Best Buy, HTC, & Sprint. T-Mobile subscribers will have to wait a bit but you can get notified here. We already reported that AT&T is the only carrier offering a 64GB model for $299 while every other carrier gets the 32GB for $199.

HTC is keeping their word that their marketing is will be more vocal. They definitely have been more active on social media and with updates on the One. I think consumers should really try going to the HTC One Live Experience Tour venue near them. The HTC One is definitely a phone to try out.
Do you think this will help get the word out and help HTC against their competitor?
