Inhaling the endless beauty of St. Lucia, I’m reminded of the goodness of God and a few reflective gems I’ve learned about myself that I really wish I could’ve learned in my twenties (not my forties):

💎 Loving myself means setting boundaries and protecting my peace, unapologetically.

💎 Discipline is self-love in action—it’s the bridge between my goals and my reality. (I even wrote a book about it. @creativedisciplineproject - shameless plug.)

💎 Happiness isn’t found; it’s created in the everyday moments of gratitude. (It may sound corny but it’s true.)

💎 Survivor’s remorse is a scam. It’s okay to outgrow people, places, and habits. Growth is a necessary part of life.

💎 Rest is productive. Burning out is not a badge of honor.

💎 My worth isn’t tied to my achievements; it’s inherent and constant.

💎 Silence teaches more than noise ever could. Stillness ALWAYS reveals the truth.

💎 Maturity is learning when to speak up, when to let go, and when to walk away.

💎 Life is too short not to celebrate every win, no matter how small.

BONUS: Committing to adventurous side-quests is really the spice of life! Sometimes you may have to do it alone OR do it scared, but either way JUST DO IT, your future self will thank you!
