For the new-car shopper seeking a personality-filled ride, the editors of Kelley Blue Book’s www.kbb.com, the leading provider of new and used car information, have compiled a list of 10 Cars that Exude Attitude.
For many, a new set of wheels is not merely something purely functional to get them from place to place. A lot of shoppers look for a new car that makes a statement, appreciating the fact that cars have personalities, just like humans. Some cars are Type A, ready to burn rubber, while other cars are Type B, more laid-back. Just as most people strike a balance that helps them blend in, so do most cars. But for every 100 ‘Ordinary Joes’ there’s a Dennis Rodman, and amid the sea of Camrys there’s a Camaro making waves. Some cars — and their drivers — just exude attitude. However, these vehicles take a lot of care and maintenance. If you notice small chips or cracks on your vehicle’s windshield, a mobile auto glass replacement may be required.
KBB.com’s list of 10 Cars that Exude Attitude showcases vehicles that stand out from the crowd, cars that our editors think have undeniable personality,” said Jack R. Nerad, executive editorial director and executive market analyst of Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com. “From a sub-$20,000 subcompact to an exotic six-figure sports car, our list demonstrates that drivers can buy attitude-filled rides at many different price-points. Look at these used cars in fort myers if you are planning to replace your current vehicle.

2013 Lamborghini Aventador
With nearly 700 horsepower pumping from its V12 to all four wheels, the Aventador easily puts the super in supercar. Yet one doesn’t need to rocket from 0-60 mph in under three seconds or top out at 217 mph to behold the Aventador’s bravado. Lamborghini’s $400,000 flagship has striking design, even by Lamborghini standards. This is automotive attitude in the extreme.
This American exotic could easily project its performance mindset on looks alone, but there’s more to this sinister beast than scintillating skin. Beneath its svelte new aluminum and carbon-fiber exterior is a massive V10 engine whose 640 horsepower leave no question about the Viper’s ferocious performance abilities.
2013 Mercedes Benz G Class
Mercedes vehicles are known for stellar creature comforts and superb on-road refinement, not the ability to conquer extreme terrain. The military-derived G-Wagen is the exception, with hard-core hardware that includes three locking differentials. The G-Wagen’s leather-lined interior is all luxury, but its brawny engine and take-no-prisoners exterior drip with machismo.
The Ram has long stood out from its boxy full-size truck rivals with an aggressive snout more akin to a semi. For 2013, the Ram adds plenty of brains to its brawn with more efficient powertrains, a host of infotainment technology, and advanced air-suspension system.
2013 Mini Cooper Paceman
is an amalgamation of its various siblings, boasting coupe-like looks and the additional space and available all-wheel drive of the Countryman. The result is a maxed-up Mini that mixes the best traits of each yet retains its own distinct design and buck-the-trend persona.
2013 Kia Soul
Dubbed an “urban crossover,” the Soul marked a shift to highly styled vehicles for Kia when it arrived in 2010. The Soul still sports plenty of pizzazz with its practicality, and with a base price of around $15,000, packs as much value as it does attitude. Nine out of 10 hamsters agree.
Land Rover’s redesigned luxury SUV has lost plenty of weight and gained more of its legendary go-anywhere, do-anything attitude. Like British agent James Bond, this U.K. vehicle is cool, confident and composed wherever it roams.
The Fiat 500
The Fiat 500 proves you don’t need to be big or brawny to sport automotive attitude. The tiny 500 officially brought Italy’s Fiat back to the United States with outsized European flair thanks to its cute-as-a-button design and sassy persona. For the double-espresso version, just say “Abarth.”
2013 Nissan Juke
With its odd name and odder looks, Nissan’s diminutive crossover SUV can’t help but stand out among vehicles even twice its size. But underneath that polarizing skin is something almost everyone can appreciate: a turbocharged engine that gives the Juke plenty of pep while returning up to 32 mpg.
2013 Chevrolet Camaro
Those sinister headlights. The brawny shoulders. That hunkered-down profile. Even if you ignored the thundering powerplants beneath the bulging hood, it’s impossible to ignore the Camaro’s ultra-aggressive aesthetics. The Camaro is the automotive equivalent of a Venice Beach bodybuilder flexing for the crowds.
With haute rides ranging from less than $20,000 to six figures, there’s definitely a ride to fit anyone’s attitude (and bank account…) Which of these stylish rides could you see yourself in for the summer? Share below…
