If you’ve been keeping up with the drama behind one of America’s beloved Reality TV shows, then you’ve probably more than familiar with the famous phrase “You’re Fired!” Hopefully, you’ll never have to hear those piercing words from inside a board room from mega mogul Donald Trump. This season of “Celebrity Apprentice” has certainly seen its fair share of friction between cast members, from Trace Adkins’ battle with Marilu Henner to Gary Busey turning on his teammates in the boardroom and more. Yesterday, I caught up to the two men that have yet to hear “You’re Fired” on this season’s Celebrity Apprentice, Penn Jillette and Trace Adkins. In the latest episode of Celebrity Apprentice, both men were challenged to battle it out creating a new flavor of ice cream for Delish. (Check out the latest episode below…)
On Thursday, Both Penn and Trace made an in-store appearance to promote their Duane Reade / Delish Celebrity Apprentice Ice Cream flavors.
The in store event allowed fans to taste-test the flavors for themselves AND vote for a chance to win Duane Reade gift cards! As a firm believer in the magic of ice cream, I asked Penn the secret behind his “Vanilla & Chocolate Magic Swirtle” flavor. “It’s all in the sea salt!” Not only is the ice cream reminiscent of a chocolate turtle in vanilla ice cream, it also has a swirl of sea salt that gives you a sweet and salty cool treat!
As one of the sweeter flavors, Maple Macadamia Mash Up by Trace Adkins also delivers BIG flavor! After tasting a spoonful (or two) of this treat, I can easily attest that this is one of those flavors that you’d eat up in one sitting without even knowing it. (It’s just that good)

Both flavors are available at your local Duane Reade or Walgreen’s for you to try them out yourself. Then you can decide which side you’re on, Team Penn or Team Trace! These two men are the last ones standing on Celebrity Apprentice. But who will be standing tall this Sunday during the finale show at 9pm on NBC?
