Lupita, Lupita, Lupita! The 86th annual Academy Awards was a big night for the rising star! Ellen ordered a lot of pizza and then set a Twitter record with her celebrity-packed selfie. For every award that Gravity didn’t win, 12 Years a Slave did. Here are my favorite social media moments from the 86th annual Academy Awards.

Reporters aren’t allowed to take photos backstage at the Academy Awards, if you didn’t know. Because, you know, it’s the Oscars, and the Academy doesn’t care for reporter selfies. But, Jared Leto doesn’t care. He encouraged reporters to take photos and he himself took his fair share of selfies, photobombs and more during the show. Plus Jared Leto was the first winner of the evening to mention Venezuela in his acceptance speech for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. Kudos to Jared!
