Give it up for Cadillac! The all-new redesigned Cadillac CTS has won the Motor Trend magazine’s 2014 Car of the Year award, continuing Cadillac’s luxurious reign at the top. As the second Car of the Year award for the Cadillac CTS brand, its easy to see why Cadillac is on a roll.
With last year’s arrival of the Cadillac ATS compact sedan, GM designers stretched out the CTS and packed it with premiums to compete directly with BMW 4 Series, Mazda3, Mazda6, Jaguar F-Type, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and more. The CTS starts at $46,025 and has a standard 272-horsepower, 2-liter, 4-cylinder option. The perfectly balanced 2014 Cadillac CTS offers a smooth ride and sporty handling that drove it to the top of Motor Trend’s Car of the Year list.
