Bentley establishes a new luxury performance sedan benchmark with the launch of the new 2014 Bentley Flying Spur. With its unrivalled blend of effortless driveability, exquisite luxury and craftsmanship, sculpted design and state-of-the-art technology, the new Bentley Flying Spur takes the worldwide success of its iconic predecessor further. Bentley’s most powerful four-door model ever made its global debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show earlier this week and we’ve got your unbelievable sneak peek below.
The sleek styling of the new Bentley Flying Spur establishes a new design for Bentley’s performance sedan. Reflected by a lower, wider appearance with sharp aggressive lines and gently curvaceous surfaces. Paired with sculpted panels, precise feature lines and a muscular rear haunch give the Flying Spur a more aggressive stance and a powerfully dynamic profile. Bentley doesn’t limit the luxury to the driver’s experience, all passengers — whether in four- or five-passenger configurations — get heated and ventilated luxe seats making the ride enjoyable by all.
Four-passenger models get a full-length center console with a wood-trimmed storage area. Bentley offers seven types of natural wood for the interior. It covers more than 30 square feet of the Flying Spur’s cabin, including the dash, consoles, door trim, and picnic tables. Interior leather is available in 12 standard colors. To make sure no one confuses your Flying Spur interior with that of an ordinary Audi or Mercedes-Benz, the Bentley offers traditional diamond quilting for the seats and door panels, embroidered Bentley wings in the headrests, an indented leather headliner, drilled alloy pedals, knurled shifter, jewel filler cap, and five-spoke, two-piece, 21-inch alloy wheels. At an estimate price of $195k this pretty haute shot will cost you (but quality luxury usually does), if you have the pockets for the Bentley Flying Spur you can expect to see it in dealership showroom near you later this fall.
