This past Thursday, D&D attended the exclusive Lane Bryant’s Bloggers Conference during Full Figured Fashion Week. FFF Week sought out 50 of the Webs’ top full- figure fashion bloggers to celebrate the collaboration of fashion and media (and although our audience stretches beyond the full figured woman, D&D had to be involved as I am not only a full figured woman, but a Plus Size Model as well.)

Lane Bryant is the nation’s leading plus size women’s specialty apparel retailer whose goal is to consistently offer the curvy woman (Size 14-28) a superior fit, quality and value through a unique and exciting multi- channel shopping experience. Layne Bryant put on an amazing presentation allowing us to preview their fall and Holiday collection. As Lane Bryant is known for their Classic and Clean Modern Look, this fall they will be weaving in soft fluid fabrics and rich colors. LB has assured us that the Fuller Legged pants will be making a comeback with hints of rich fall colors such as plum purples, earthy browns and reds and my favorite: colorful paisleys and graphic patterns: (Yes I am all for the prints!) As I am personally not a fan of Lane Bryant’s apparel (its not as fun and flirty as I would prefer, however my mother looks amazing in their pieces) I did notice a few looks that I wouldn’t mind trying such as their Ruffle Twill Jacket, Paillette tank and the new T3 (Tighter Tummy Technology) Denim pants that has a slimming built in control panel making you look and feel slimmer (Perfect First Date Jeans 🙂 
What I am a big fan of (and have always been a fan of) is Lane Bryant’s Cacique Intimate Collection and this fall, they will not disappoint. What I love most about LB Cacique Intimate Collection is that it’s fun, flirty, delicately detailed and it enhances our curves. I immediately fell in love with every single intimate piece that was presented. This fall, be prepared to see lots of Vivid Bright retro colors, inspired by Iconic fashion house s of the 60s and 70s. You will find a mix of Paisley, Lace and Animal Print. D &D loved the collection so much; we will be doing a post on a few pieces soon. Stay Tuned.
