Three nights ago, in preparation for the basketball madness that begins this week I was on the phone with my father getting our tournament brackets in order. Of course, when I chose my alma mater MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY [GO GREEN, GO WHITE!] – my dad snickers “So you’re going with your heart huh?” and laughs. I’ve been bleeding green and white for decades and I expect nothing less that Michigan State going to the big dance and and emerging the 2014 champions.

And last night, with two major upsets in the south and east – over 80% of sports fans game bracket hopes were destroyed.
