It looks like that time of the year again when Apple is getting ready to unveil something ‘new’ to the world. As in ‘new’, I mean what most of the internet already knows by now. The iPhone 5S but will it be coming alone?
The iPhone 5S and The Budget iPhone 5C Is Set To Be Unveiled On September 10th
The folks over at AllThingsD have reputable sources to reveal that the highly anticipated event is set for September 10th. Although the invites haven’t been sent out yet, we know its coming. We are anticipating Apple to refresh the current iPhone 5 and add better optics (possibly 10-13MP), faster internals, a slightly bigger battery and possibly a fingerprint scanner.
Along with that Apple is expected to release a budget iPhone 5C as well. This lower-priced iPhone is expected to have the same 4inch display but with a thicker plastic shell that will come in a variety of colors.
The redesigned iOS 7 will make its way to to the previous models alongside the new model. The Mac OS X update Mavericks is salted to arrive weeks after the event. No mention of any iPads as Apple may do a separate event for the refreshed 9.7inch and Mini (hopefully w/ Retina but it could not happen either).
